Zach Young
REALTOR®
Zach, a Nashville-area native and lifelong Goodlettsville resident, has a lifetime of experience in real estate. Before he could even walk, Zach consistently joined his family in the real estate business as his family handled rental properties, participated in foreclosure auctions, and examined real estate investments. He continued to be exposed to the business growing up, and his curious nature and motivation to learn helped him gain a wealth of knowledge long before he received his professional training as a real estate agent.
In 2012, Zach began serving the Goodlettsville community in a public capacity, including time on the Goodlettsville City Commission, the Goodlettsville Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Nashville-Davidson County Metropolitan Council. Zach currently serves on the Metro Nashville School Board. Through his service, he has gained unique knowledge in zoning, building code matters, and bureaucratic processes that allow him to provide his clients with an unmatched level of service that guide them from start to finish.
More than anything, Zach gets the most satisfaction when he is able to bring people together and be a problem solver for both clients and constituents. Zach doesn’t believe in the word “no” and prefers to find a way to get to a “yes” by overcoming objections and determining a solution that is best for everyone involved.
