Holding Company

The Wilson Group Real Estate Services Holding Company is a division of our company that allows real estate licensees to house their real estate license without having to retire it.

Why would you do this? You can earn referral fees by referring business to another Wilson Group agent.

By being in the holding company, your status is licensee and not REALTOR®. Meaning, you do not join NAR, therefore you don’t pay the dues and fees associated with being a REALTOR®.

This is a great way to make extra money with zero investment, other than the time it takes to send your referrals to another Wilson Group agent who will assist them in all of their real estate needs. A win/win for everyone!
