Licensed as an Affiliate Broker in 2008 and then as a Broker in 2012, Alicia specializes in the listing and sale of homes. She works with both buyers and sellers, from the first-time homebuyer to experienced investors. No property is too big or too small. Alicia helps people understand the tax advantages, financing alternatives and investment aspects of homeownership and why now is an incredible time to buy.
