Elizabeth Livingston

Elizabeth Livingston is a native Tennessean who grew up in the middle and eastern parts of the state. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Education. Her family relocated several times as they navigated changes in the medical field. Most recently, they moved from Charlotte, NC to Nashville in 2018. Elizabeth has been a mother, teacher and volunteer for over two decades.
As a second-generation Realtor, Elizabeth takes pride in assisting buyers and sellers. She especially enjoys welcoming new residents to her home state. In today’s world of Artificial Intelligence and outsourcing, clients shouldn’t feel like a commodity. For many people, their homes are substantial investments, and they need advocates working to ensure a successful transaction.
When she isn’t helping clients, Elizabeth can be found cooking for family, making new friends while walking Sunny, and attending Zumba classes.
