Her unique perspective stems from hands-on experience in home construction and renovation: she has personally built two homes from the ground up, including a fully custom-designed residence crafted with a Franklin architect, where she selected every detail with precision. Most recently, she renovated a charming 1958 ranch-style home—solidifying ranch homes as her favorite style to date. This intimate involvement gives her a true understanding of homes from foundation to finish, allowing her to guide clients with insight into design, functionality, and long-term value.
Recognized as a Top 10 Producing Agent at the Wilson Group and honored with the Greater Nashville REALTORS Award of Excellence, she consistently delivers results. Along with Christie Wilson, she co-hosted the Moving Up podcast, recording over 95 episodes and establishing herself as a trusted voice in the industry.
For relocating families, her extensive knowledge of Nashville’s public and private schools—enriched by her background in education—ensures tailored guidance for informed decisions. As past president of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce and an advisory board member of the Bellevue YMCA, Heather actively strengthens her community through leadership and service.
Heather treasures the long-term relationships she builds with clients, many of whom become like family. Recently, she closed her 7th transaction with members of the same extended family—assisting the mother, brother, brother-in-law, and others over the years. These multi-generational connections mean the world to her and reflect the deep trust and referrals that fuel her practice.
Heather resides in Williamson County with her husband, James, a U.S. Army Operation Iraqi Freedom combat veteran, and their four children: one at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado, one serving with the 118th Air National Guard while attending Western Kentucky University, one a high school senior, and one graduate working for Thompson Machinery, a Caterpillar dealer. Her happy place is the Ensworth Natatorium, where she is a member of the Masters Swim Team.
