Joni entered the real estate field after spending 22 years as a commercial paralegal in the real estate division at Bass Berry & Sims, one of Tennessee’s largest law firms. This extensive legal background and in-depth understanding of the legal documentation process in real estate provides Joni with a unique advantage that benefits all of her clients. She managed transactions from start to finish, including reviewing contracts, drafting closing documents, and addressing title commitments and survey issues. Joni conducted closings and facilitated deals across various property types, including residential homes, commercial properties, warehouses, multi-property restaurants, retail spaces, strip centers, and office buildings.
