As a second generation Nashville Realtor, Maria Creecy Kemp understands the importance of homeownership. Her mother taught her the skill of communication with clients at an early age! (and the importance of a fax line in the 90s!) Technology may have changed but the key to real estate has not – going above and beyond to help clients achieve the ultimate American dream, owning a home!

Maria spent the first 6 years of her real estate career in new home sales and then joined The Wilson Group in 2021. Her accomplishments include winning two Greater Nashville Realtor awards, Rookie of the Year in 2016 and Rising Star in 2018, and serving on many committees along the way. She strives to take all that is learned through the association and apply it to all her transactions.

She loves to call Nashville home and embraces the changes the city has seen. She has also been known to say “yall” several times in transactions while wearing black and gold – GO VANDY!

Maria resides in the Crieve Hall neighborhood with her husband, Jackson, and her three wonderful children – Audrey, Betty Lou and Stroud.
