Matt Davis is a Nashville native and graduate of the University of Notre Dame with over 30 years of experience in finance, real estate investment, and development. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, and sale of residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties across Middle Tennessee.

Matt combines a strong financial background with hands-on real estate expertise, helping clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and make informed decisions. Whether working with homeowners, investors, developers, or business owners, he brings a strategic approach, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering results.

A longtime resident of Nashville, Matt attended Father Ryan High School and remains actively involved in the community through various nonprofit and civic organizations. He and his wife, Mary Carolyn, enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and supporting local causes.
