“Shannon went over and above helping us at all stages of the process. She is effective, energetic, helpful and one of the most giving people you will meet. In other words, she is VERY good at her job.”

“Shannon was fabulous to work with during our home buying process. We happened to meet her at an open house looking for a home for my in-laws. She knew of an excellent physician mortgage program through Synovus and connected us with a wonderful mortgage team. Shannon's understanding of resources available to us is what really separated her from other realtors. When my wife and I went to an open house for the home we ended up buying, Shannon was proactive and contacted the home owners for a private showing the next day. This proactive approach made our offer more attractive to the sellers, in my opinion. After the offer was accepted, Shannon diligently completed all the necessary tasks to close on the home, including scheduling a home inspection 5 days after the offer was accepted. My wife and I felt so comfortable throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot say enough good things about Shannon!”

“Shannon was amazing to work with and helped us find the perfect condo in a great location. We used her to buy a second home in Nashville and didn't know the area very well. She listened to our wants and gave us honest feedback on all the potential properties. We are very happy and would work with her again in a heartbeat.”

“We cannot recommend Shannon enough! As first time home buyers, navigating your way is really scary and we had a LOT of questions. Shannon truly went above in beyond for us in the house search. She worked hard to show us houses before they hit the market, and that is how we ended up securing our dream home with her! It was an amazing process and she made it painless. I would 100% do it all over again with her!”

“Shannon was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about the whole process. Having a realtor who is affable and quick to engage made it so much easier when it came to asking questions and clearing up uncertainties. Highly recommend Shannon for your real estate needs!”

“Our experience working with Shannon was indeed wonderful. I don't know if you were aware of our situation. We live in Evansville and our son Brian, who passed away last February, was a Nashville resident. We inherited his condominium and needed to sell it. Our attorney in Evansville hooked us up with Adam Barber in Nashville for legal representation. He was outstanding through the whole legal process of handling the estate. Adam mentioned that his wife, Shannon, was a realtor. We immediately contacted her and requested that she assist us in the sale of the property. She accepted and that's when everything started. She took on the project handling each issue diligently. Our distance from Nashville would have made it very hard to coordinate and oversee everything that had to be done. Shannon of course knew that and stated that she would take care of it. She said I'll be your boots on the ground here and she was. After my wife, oldest son, daughter, and myself picked up a few things from the condo, Shannon took charge. She got a company to come in and clear out all of the contents of the condo. She got a company come out and clean the property. We had to have some plumbing done. She coordinated and took care of that. It needed to be painted, Shannon took care of it. She kept us informed of every thing that was done. We were kept in the loop every step of the way, from listing to closing. What can I say? What a professional!! Courteous, kind and a big heart. We feel truly blessed that she was our boots on the ground in Nashville. I know she's not originally from Tennessee, But she was truly a "Tennessee Treasure" to us.”
