James Bowling’s Brass Band Bazaar is a FREE festival named after Sylvan Park’s founder and calling back to circa 1900 when the neighborhood’s founding was kicked off with a brass band and cannon fire.
The event brings together neighbors and businesses in Sylvan Park and surrounding neighborhoods for a day filled with live music, a local vendor bazaar, delicious food, and fun for the whole family.
